CHERYL CHAPMAN

Cheryl has mentored thousands of clients across 5 continents, firstly, guiding them to find their personal why (life purpose) and in turn training them to become award-winning speakers, authors, and leaders in business.

It’s why she’s known as one of the most productive speaker trainers in the world. Speaking on stages across 5 continents and sharing the stage with Marie Diamond (The secret behind The Secret), Sharon Lecture (of Rich Dad, Poor Dad fame), Brian Tracey, Andy Harrington, Steven Bartlett (Dragon’s Den) and Marie Forleo to name a few.

But what most people don’t realise is that Cheryl didn’t become a speaker herself until 2012, when she was 48 years old.

Up until this date she was working in the world of Corporate, in a career that spanned over 25 years. Where she learned about product development, planning, people management how to build businesses and grow them by increasing profit and lowering overheads. In these mainly male dominated industries, she took the role as a “left hand woman” and made these businesses flourish with attention to customer care and internal and external communication.

Even in her first entrepreneurial role, she still supported a man to build his business to well over 7 figures. By taking on the role of mentoring the clients and training others to do the same. That’s right she made sure the community was looked after.

Why did she continue to support men in business? Well, Cheryl thought that her plan to enter the world of becoming an entrepreneur in her own right was hopeless.

She struggled to confront The Confidence Gap too:

•  She thought she was too old to inspire and motivate people.
•  She thought she’d have to change her Yorkshire accent to get opportunities to stand on stage.
•  She thought nobody would listen to what she had to say, and she didn’t feel she knew enough.

She quickly discovered this was exactly how countless women felt every day.

•  Fear of judgement whether they succeeded or failed.
•  Fear of being seen as an impostor and not feeling good enough.
•  Fear of being themselves.

The difference between the women and the men she coached was that the women were more open with these fears, and many started to fall by the wayside and give up on their dreams.

Cheryl made it her mission to find ways to guide these women, by learning techniques to help her clients overcome these self-limiting blocks. She studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Rapid Transformation Therapy, Havening and became a Master Consultant of Human Design.

As The visionary behind “The Find Your WHY Foundation”. A place where women could understand where they really were in their lives – what was great and what needed some attention. She helped them to be the person they were born to be.

She guided women to stop asking why me? And start saying why not me!

And in turn she found that the best way to help her clients overcome those fears and become the leader they always wanted to be was through mastering the art of speaking, so they could share their ideas, products, and services with others too.

By learning to communicate in a confident and charismatic way, with the clarity of a strong message.

Having learned these skills her clients unlocked the power to achieve almost anything - and one of those clients was Jane Leonard…

Despite being a world record holder, for rowing across The Pacific Ocean, representing England rugby at an international level, earning 38 caps, and serving in the British Army:

Jane Leonard used to have a paralyzing fear of public speaking, which meant she said NO to any opportunity to inspire those who needed to learn about resilience and the determination to succeed.

So where did this fear come from?

Maybe it was having worked in a male dominant environment for 10 years, where she experienced females being consistently questioned and underestimated that meant it was easier to fit in to earn acceptance in the team.

The truth is Jane is an achiever and has confidence in so many areas of her life, except when she needed to stand up and speak out about herself.

After returning from her record-breaking efforts at the Great Pacific Race in August 2021, Jane wanted to help others to find the confidence to overcome challenges, so they could be, do and have anything they wanted in life.

But because of her fear of speaking about herself, she didn’t know how it would be possible.

Jane connected with Cheryl Chapman after hearing her speak at one of her events, and Cheryl guided Jane to overcome her fear of self-promotion, using her proven system.

Since then, Jane has become an in-demand paid motivational speaker in her own right and shares her P.I.E.C.E By Piece Peak Performance Program to lead others to even more success.

Her unique blend of motivation and action has helped women from all walks of life - including royalty and military backgrounds – to perform at their peak.

We mentored Wendy to share her story and the first time she did this – she spoke on the BAFTA stage.

We then guided her with The Strictly Confident Speaker System to create a TEDx talk to raise awareness of the link between animal and human cruelty.

Now she is a successful business owner and property developer with a portfolio of £3 million pounds.

Aisha was always ambitious when it came to her career.
